I’m committed as a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, a father and a preacher. I presently serve as the Senior Minister of Bowling Green Christian Church where I teach, share in leadership of the church, provide pastoral care and help provide guidance to our discipleship ministries. I’m a Christian and believe very deeply that God is a present force in the world, desiring to be a present reality in every person’s life. He is calling us into a deeper relationship with him and those around us. I understand faith to mean love in action through right relationships as enabled by Christ and his sacrifice. Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” For me that starts with my first neighbor, my wife, then my children and then others. I couldn’t resist including a family photo here, if you want to know me and what is important to me then you must know my family.
This site is a tool, a hobby and an expression. It is used to teach and communicate with Bowling Green Christian Church and others who are interested. It is used by me to waste time and tinker (I don’t work on cars). It is an expression of my work and my passion the study of God’s word and his people.
